Next week we will begin a new unit in English called, "What Makes a Good Story?" I would like you to do two things for me. Think of a movie you have seen that you would say had a great story line to it. And secondly, bring in a copy of your favorite book, if you have a copy. If you don't have a copy of it, don't worry, I'll help you get one at school. Of course in this unit you will also be writing great stories, so be thinking about what you'd like to write about, and how you will make it a great story.
