Croft Elementary School Parent Bulletin - September 18, 2013   Welcome to a new school year one and all J   Please note the following upcoming events at our school:   1.      School Pictures - are scheduled for tomorrow - Thursday, September 19th. We will begin taking pictures in the morning with our Kindergarten students and proceed through the grades. All students will be kept in at recess on this morning in an attempt to keep clothes clean, hair beautiful, etc. We hope to have all the children's pictures taken by noon hour.   2.      “Meet The Teacher Night” - is also scheduled for tomorrow - Thursday, September 19th beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the gym.   This evening will be for parents only!   The classroom with the highest percentage of parents attending “Meet the Teacher Night” will win a Pizza Party from Pizza Delight.   3.      Home & School Association - this important parent group is once again encouraging all parents to become members and get involved at our school. Programs supported by Home and School in the past include Author of the Week, Staff Appreciation Week, Forest Classroom Initiatives, T.N.B., Milk for our Breakfast Program, Art Supplies, Playground Equipment, Winter Appreciation Week, Field Days, Croft Rink, Year End Field Trips and much, much more.   Our Home & School Association will be making a presentation at our Meet The Teacher Night.   With your help, our children will have a great year at “Croft”!!!
