Croft Elementary School  "Terry Fox Walk" Wednesday, September 30, 2015 1:00 p.m.   This notice is to advise all parents that our school will once again be participating in the annual Terry Fox Walk at the above mentioned date & time. This date coincides with the “National Terry Fox School Walk”.   You and your family are invited to join our students and staff for this special event; one that has become a critical national fund raiser in the fight against cancer.   Donations from parents and the community will be accepted at the school all this week. Donations of $ 20.00 or more will be issued an official receipt.   We are asking every student & staff member to bring a loonie or a toonie on the day of our walk in support of cancer research.   Parents may also opt to make donations by going online at the following URL:   www.terryfox.org    All money collected must be turned into the school by Wednesday, Sept. 30th.   We hope you will join us and support the cause that Terry Fox, a true Canadian hero, first began.   Thank you for your cooperation with this school wide effort.
