Are you free during lunch time (12:00 - 12:50) each day? Are your fingers relatively nimble? Do you have a child (or grandchild) attending Croft that would like to skate or play hockey? If you said yes to these questions, please accept this open invitation to lend a hand at lunch time at our Rink. If our Opening Day at the Croft Rink is any indication, we will be needing lots of help each day. Our ultimate goal is to have the older children become completely independent at tieing their skates, but until then, we could use many more hands. As mentioned earlier, the rink will be used daily for either skating (Tuesdays and Thursdays) or pond hockey (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). We expect that the greatest need for volunteers will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also, do you have an old "hockey helmet" that you could donate to the school? We basically have none to spare and this is preventing a number of students from skating at lunch. Thank you in advance for all your support. See you at the Rink :-)
