Food Bank ChallengeCollection for the local food bank will take place from October 20th to October 31st. Families are encouraged to donate non-perishable items. These items will be presented to the Food Bank on behalf of the Croft Community.
Register your child for Kindergarten.Be sure to register your child for Kindergarten from October 14 to October 17, 2014 and you'll receive information and invitations to be part of activities to support your child's learning. This is for children who will turn five by December 31, 2015 and who start school in September 2015. Croft Fun Fund RaiserJoin Croft Students in their Annual Fund Raiser. We will be selling items from NOR CARD Catalogue. (Grades K -5) NOTE: Money will be collected when orders will be taken. ALL ORDERS AND MONEY MUST BE RETURNED TO CROFT BY THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16th, 2014. Please make cheques payable to "Croft Elementary School".
Our school is very proud of our students and staff for raising $796.00 for cancer research. All funds will be forwarded to the Terry Fox Foundation. Thank You for your generous support.
This notice is
to advise all parents that our school will once again be participating in the
annual Terry Fox Walk at the above mentioned date & time. This date
coincides with the “National Terry Fox School Walk”.
You and your family are invited to join our
students and staff for this special event; one that has become a critical
national fund raiser in the fight against cancer.Donations from
parents and the community will be accepted at the school from Monday thru
Thursday all this week. Donations of $ 20.00 or more will be issued an official
receipt.
We are asking every
All students and staff are invited to kick off our annual Terry Fox Fund Raising event by wearing their PJs and bringing in a "Toonie for Terry". This PJ Day is happening tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 19th. And hey, bring teddy too ;-) Our Annual Terry Fox Walk is planned for next Wednesday Sept. 24th. Details to follow.

classrooms are implementing a school supply fee in lieu of parents having to
purchase an exhaustive & often expensive supply list. Supply lists for the Grade 3-5 classes will be available
at most local drugstores in Newcastle
and Douglastown.
3. Summer Reading Programs – will be available at
Carrefour Beausoleil (French Immersion) 627-4084 and at the Newcastle Public Library
